Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing will not be eligible for return.

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sales or promotions may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
