  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada.
  • International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any duties, taxes, or customs charges (for future international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

  • Where available, tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Bandhan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with relevant details and photos where applicable.
  • We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
